Thymosin Beta-4 (TB-500) is a peptide produced in the thymus that plays a key role in tissue regeneration and immune regulation. Its primary mechanism is the modulation of actin — a protein essential for cellular structure and movement. After injury, Tβ4 is released by platelets and other cells to protect damaged tissues, reduce inflammation, and support repair processes.

It demonstrates a broad range of effects: accelerating the healing of muscles, tendons, and ligaments; improving corneal repair; enhancing the elasticity of connective tissue; reducing adhesions; exerting cardioprotective and neuroprotective properties; and supporting hair growth.
